Bandcamp is our new resistance band and light dumbbell workout that blends elements of barre, Pilates, and strength training into one. This 45-minute class will torch your legs, glutes, core and the upper body in the best way to help tone and develop lean muscle. 

Flat and loop bands are supplied.

Yoga mat required.
