Barre the GrooveRyde way is what we're bringing you to our infrared studio at our Van Aken studio. In this 45-min class, you'll move to the beat while you strengthen and tone your muscles in a safe, low impact manner through the use of small focused movements. Our studio is equipped with ballet barres, balls and light hand weights. 

Yoga mats are required. You may wear or purchase non-slip socks or choose to go barefoot.
