Our bootcamp delivers all the benefits of small group training like customized programming and personalized attention. Utilizing Concept 2 rowers, Assault bikes, TRX suspension straps, dumbbells, kettlebells, plyo boxes, battle ropes, bodyweight exercises and more, our bootcamp is focused on high-intensity interval training (HIIT) - circuit training and resistance training with short rest intervals. HIIT is the most effective way to stimulate the EPOC effect (excess post-exercise oxygen consumption). EPOC is the scientific term for the afterburn effect, which can help you burn calories long after you've left the gym.
