Our bootcamp delivers all the benefits of small group training like customized programming and personalized attention. Utilizing Concept 2 rowers, TRX suspension straps, kettlebells and bodyweight exercises, our bootcamp is focused on high-intensity interval training (HIIT) - circuit training and resistance training with short rest intervals. HIIT is the most effective way to stimulate the EPOC effect (excess post-exercise oxygen consumption). EPOC is the scientific term for the afterburn effect, which can help you burn calories long after you've left the gym.
RYZE+GRIND guarantees to push you to your maximum capacity. This is for the intermediate to advanced athletes who have a good read on their athletic abilities. Beginners are welcome and modifications will be offered, but note that the pace is fast and intensity level is high. RYZE+GRIND is programmed by coaches Beth Anne Lazaro, Ashlee Thompson + Zosimo Maximo.
