We’re excited to introduce our hot yoga program. Our new Van Aken studio will feature an infrared heating system. Infrared heat directly penetrates tissues, muscles and joints, allowing them to heal and regenerate through a combination of the aforementioned increased circulation, oxygenation and detoxification. It is also incredibly useful for pain relief for both minor injuries and chronic ailments.
Our musically-driven hot power yoga classes are all-levels and one-hour long. The room is dark and candlelit. They are led by experienced + certified yoga instructors. The power portion of the yoga will help you build strength and lean muscle while other elements of the class will help with your flexibility, mobility and focus. Room temperatures will reach into the mid to high 80s.
Yoga mat is required. We also encourage you to drink plenty of water before, during and after class.
We currently offer two Hot Power Yoga classes in our Woodmere studio.
