Rock the Bells is a 45-minute low impact dumbbell class taught in a HIIT-style workout. After our 5-minute dynamic warm-up, you'll work the entire body through 36 rounds of dumbbell exercises. Each exercise will be performed for 45 seconds [as many reps as possible] followed by 10 seconds of rest. This is less high impact than our RYZE+GRIND bootcamp with less plyometrics and cardio. This is a great class for those looking to start strength training. Yoga mat is suggested.  This class is included in the Bootcamp Monthly Unlimited for Woodmere.
