DRIP is our heated barre class done the GrooveRyde way at our new Van Aken studio. In this 45-min class, you'll move to the beat while you strengthen and tone your muscles in a safe, low impact manner through the use of small focused movements. Our studio is equipped with ballet barres, balls and light hand weights.
We also incorporate radiant infrared panels to warmly heat the room [75 degrees]. The benefits of infrared heat include increased circulation, increased surface blood flow without increasing blood pressure, improved flexibility, relief from joint pain, inflammation reduction, and anti-aging of the skin through a boost of collagen, smoothing of wrinkles and enhanced tone.
Yoga mats are required. You may wear or purchase non-slip socks or choose to go barefoot.
