We had 115+ join us for our June HUSTLE+FLOAT at FWD. We’re doing it again on Sat. July 27th. Our GrooveRyde team will lead you through a bodyweight workout set to our Rock the Bells 45 second interval format. This will be followed by a cool down stretch featuring our Down Dogg hip hop yoga. The workout will be 60 minutes in total.
Post workout, we'll hang poolside. Local vendors will be on hand to help with your R&R. Yoga mat, sneakers, sunscreen, water, towels and bathing suits required. We’ll also be celebrating our 4-year anniversary.
$20 per person. Admission includes the workout and entrance into FWD's Sat pool party. Doors open at 10:30am.
